We all can relate to the sense of peace and relaxation we feel when we put our bare feet or hands in the grass or sand. Well, some doctors believe this euphoric feeling can do more than just calm your nerves, but actually cure chronic inflammation in the body. They call it, EARTHING. So what is Earthing?
According to, The Earthing Institute, “Earthing refers to being barefoot outside or in bare skin contact with Earthing products indoors while you sleep, relax, or work.” The results can include feeling calm , better blood flow, less inflammation, more energy, and even better sleep. But what if you can’t go outside? Several companies sell what is called earthing or grounding mats, shoes, and bed sheets on amazon. Does it actually work?
